OUR HISTORY

Our roots lead back in 1984 when Brian Bacon has tools for strategic consulting for the global advertising agency USA. Our early work was “execution strategy” for multinational corporations on all continents and cultures. The change of management in 1990 and linking Oxford istraživanjaima in 1996 led to the formation of the Oxford Leadership ™ in 2005.
